We took a short walk into town the first afternoon, to photograph the area and get a few more supplies, and this scene was just down the hill from where we stayed. The whole area was very picturesque with all the fresh snow.



This second image is the icey snow covered country road in front of the house we stayed at, on the way in the first night the car lost traction and we ended up sliding into a 180° turn, luckily still on the road.
